Communing With Nature

This is a mini-episode that has nothing to do with my sober journey. Many mornings I like to walk out of my office and down my driveway and just listen to the birds, the insects, the dogs barking in the distance. This is a recording of one such morning (recorded August 29, 2023, a Tuesday). It's a little under 10 minutes and is mostly nature sounds and me talking a bit. It was recorded on my iPhone, so if you're not interested in this episode, it won't hurt my feelings. :)

Otherwise, I hope you enjoy the sounds of nature on an early Tuesday morning in South Central Georgia.
